The primary objective of Aikotaan will be to promote the religious, cultural, and educational activities of Bengal and Eastern India.

Additional goals of Aikotaan will be to foster a spirit of friendship and cooperation between its members through social activities, sports events, musical gatherings, and religious festivals.

Additionally, Aikotaan will attempt to highlight the cultural heritage of India, especially Bengal, in its external activities.
